Kenari : Rare Mods!

salam and good evening to all,

I have been collecting kenari picture since i buy my kenari in the middle of 2005. Many of them are JDM daihatsu move but got some rare modification done by the owners using fiber works. How the looks?awesome or not?or looks like ah beng car? (Ahbeng is refering to a people that mod car like crazy,but the results is sometime weird and strange but sometime the result is greater than JDM!

Fiber works..

Fiber mods is will make a fresh apperance, no model can be compared with the car that have been done fiber works. We can ask the fiber shop do the customize shape and bumper that we want. All can be done. The only thing is money.If you have money. Any shape or type you can make it a reality.

it can be similar to other car models such as BMW or Honda.As long as you like, you can have it!

JDM Mods

JDM mods can be done by buying the parts from chop shop or runners..just prepare the money. It going to make hole on your pockets!

accident : how to avoid??

Accident.The one I want to write here today is about road accident. I drive a perodua kenari. Boxy and empty car.Some people call it biscuit tinned or washing machine because of the boxy shape of it..How it can help during accident?How the car chassis can help?how about other factor?

Many car are design to reduce impact to passenger cabine.So as kenari also are design to fullfill the standard. Many kenari car that i see after the accident still have their passenger cabine intact or untouchable. Only the engine bay are damage. These show how safe is kenari. But if you compare to other car maybe you will say the chassis is not strong enough. But for town driving. Its safe enough because we only speeding at range 80-60km/hour. But if the car is use for long journey travel, its not so safe because we will speeding at 90-110km/h or maybe more..Can it absorb the impact of the accident?only the pic show us proof..

so to all kenari drivers..watch out!

nice but at the back it hit the fender and become like this..

Planning to change to 165/50/15 after this..want to try either falken or hankook v8..hurmm..

Maybe some of you thinking..why modified your car when you can use it as usual either mod it or not..Why?

MAybe for some people they want to show off what their 'small car' can do..but for me,its so personal....self satisfaction because i own only this car and only this car i can afford it..gift from my parents...trust from both of them for me to take care of this car..this car owned a thousand word for me..not less maybe more..

When car gets old,you must do something right?change the tear parts and this when things gets better..you have the chance to change to performance parts when you change the old part!not wasting any money!you are changing the parts that cannot be use to a more better and stylish part!izzit that good?

but when come to exterior..its depend to someone eyes..and take a lots of money..believe me..huhu

maintaining used car : WORTHY or NOT?

hello fellas,

i have spending a lot for my babes..more than estimated 5k to modified and maintain its engine and etc for the last 5 years.Last month my door lock on the rear passengger door and bonnet doesnt want to work properly.I go to P2 and was SHOCKED!nearly 500 for passenger door and nearly 900 for the bonnet door lock motor..Feel dizzy that time..the excuse given is because kenari item were imported directly from japan..not produce here.5 doors kenari from used part shop only cost me 500 for 5 doors!complete with rear power window and door panels..im not really trust used item but the cost for the new is really-really make me want to throw away my kenari or sold it of..how can the price for the motor only is so expensive?

The loan value for kenari year 2005 is estimated 23k.people rarely buy cars more than offered loan.But if u are car freaks,rich enough,u will not care about the loan.Sell or not.reason forn why i still keeping my kenari?i need it for my family transportation.we dont have enough vehicle.still need the óld''kenari to move and its still moving!

Why dont you repair?if i have much money.I want to repair it.I love this car very much.Many memories with it.I learn to become driver with it.but time have come.We have to move on sooner or later..

When i think back..its not so worthy to keep the used car anymore.But if u rich enough..u can repair everything.make new theme and etc.but for my financial status.better let it that way.if thecar still running..thats the bonus for me.hehe..wait till i get bonus then we can repair or make some improvement for it..for now...LET IT BE!

Japan Rims Price : Keep Raising?

Hello to everyone..

any modified or standard car need a rims to make it look more gorgeous,more tougher and more beautiful than any other car.Its also make the car look different although its from the same model.

In Malaysia,high performance rims such as forged rims were imported from japan scrap yard.Advan RG,SSR type C and etc were taken from scrap car.Although its from scrap car,the price when its reach Malaysia is tremendous!RM3000++ for Advan RG is now a common price here.

Why the price is so high?

1.High demand from car owner.Everyone knows the benefits of forged rims.Its lighter,more beautiful and chicks magnet also.This make the price going Up like H*ll..

2.Yen going up?every scrap shop in Malaysia claims this is the main factor all the scrap car parts from japan pricing is also going up.The yen currency have going up once upon a time,but then going down and now its only going up a little.But the price of those scrap parts?never ever going down...

3.Greediness of seller and buyer.The seller is taking advantage of Kcar madness in Malaysia to make a lot of money.This make all the price going up.Scrap shop and Runners faults only?NO.At this condition,the buyer did not take part to control the price.They have become mad to some rare things and just buy the rims without any complaints with expensive price!

How to control this situation?

1.DON'T BUY.You don't have to buy if the price is going up like h*ll.When you didn't buy the stuff,You indirectly teaching the greedy seller to lower down the price.This have to be the efforts for all of us.Some scrap shop have become more arrogant nowadays when buyer didn't want to buy at the price stated,they said,'if you don't want to buy,others will!'.Let teach this like-god shop.

2.BUY OTHERS.Others car parts such as from taiwan,europe and etc is also good for your car.More important,its new!why want to buy scrap thing price twice the price for the new things?Whats is important?the name of the age of the items?why become second hand user when you can become the 1st?Is Japan goods is that good?The answer you can figure it yourself.
